Baseline Pricing
Commission prices are based primarily on the length of the piece and the number of independently written parts. The following estimates are based on a piece approximately 3 minutes long.

Length
Longer pieces will cost more, although price does not increase at a constant rate. For original compositions, the approximate length adjustments are:

Arrangement pricing may scale differently with length depending on the project.
Important Pricing Information
These prices are baseline estimates, not fixed rates. Every commission is different, and the final price may be higher or lower than the listed estimate depending on the complexity and specific requirements of the project. The final price is determined at my discretion after reviewing the commission request.
You will receive and agree to a final price before work begins.
Recordings
Every commission includes a MIDI recording of the finished work at no additional cost.
A live recording is not included in the standard commission price. Live recordings may be available for an additional fee depending on the instrumentation, performers required, and other needs of the project. Availability and pricing will be discussed separately.
