Due to the digital nature of MehrerMusic sheet music and other downloadable products, purchases are generally non-refundable once the digital product has been delivered or downloaded.
If you experience a technical issue with your purchase, receive an incorrect file, are accidentally charged more than once, or encounter another problem with your order, please contact mehrermusic@gmail.com. I will work with you to resolve the issue and may provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Refunds for custom commissions are handled separately and will depend on the circumstances and the amount of work already completed.
